ABOUT ME

Christopher Westley has been writing since his college days dating back to the 1990s and now offers novels from his imagination, travels, and experiences across the United States and the world. Chris entered the U.S. Army, and in January 1990 enlisted for a three year tour with the 25th infantry division at Schofield Barracks Hawaii.

While going back to college to obtain a degree in Diesel Technology in 1997, he met and married his wife. After which he worked as a diesel technician throughout the Pacific Northwest. Due to an early recession and layoff, he switched gears and decided to take a career as a commercial helicopter pilot and flight instructor. As an avid traveler, he has visited a few countries including; Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and recently finished a trip through Canada and spent the summer with his family in a small remote cabin on a lake on the Kenai Peninsula, in Alaska.  Currently, Chris flies a helicopter in the Northwest as an air medical pilot.

He enjoys a good cup of coffee especially a cappuccino with a perfect foam that stands up like a meringue. Sailing, hiking, writing and pondering over the little things in life keeps him busy. Traveling as a commercial pilot, Chris, his wife Traci and their cat Angel have lived temporarily in a half dozen states including; Alaska, Texas, Virginia, California and Nevada; his home state Washington and a few others. He enjoys reading a Cussler novel as well as King and a few others. When he is not writing, find him touring the country on a Triumph motorcycle.
